First Week
1 day Clay class Mrs. Klammer (Decorate Plate, mug, apron and hat)
2 day Clay class Mrs. Klammer (Decorate Plate, mug, apron and hat, Safety tips for the kitchen)
*Wash all new dishes or present some videos and tips how to use the microwave, oven, stove, safety tips for the kitchen
3 day Cooking Mrs. Whitehead- Flour Tortillas, Salsas some salsas, Spinach with garlic & buñuelos w/ice cream vainilla and apple sauce
* Students prepare their own menu for next week and we check and approved that one day breakfast, another day lunch, last dinner.
4 day Cooking – Chef Leonardo – Pistolera Recipe: Burritos w/chicken &
5 day Cooking – Chef Albert Salort- Eurest Recipe: Tortilla española, croquetas de pollo, Paella, flan Catalan
Second week
6 day Shopping day Carrefour & Metro- All students prepare their own dish by team by Mrs. Whitehead advice
7 Day Cooking ( Breakfast) Maybe Kerry Hotel –Chef Tobias
Breakfast burrito w/Mexican scramble eggs, Bacon, chillie, refried beans, Salsa, & Milkshake
8 Day Cooking (Lunch menu) *Flautas w/ beef or chicken w/ guacamole & salsa verde refried beans, ensalada, white rice, Cheese cake or Arroz con leche.
9 Day Cooking ( Dinner menu) * Pork ribs, white rice, bake potatoes, dessert: empanadas w/ pineapple and caramel
10 Day Cooking & Dance repeat the best recipes

1- Mexican Roasted Chicken w/Vegetables
2- Chiles rellenos
3- Empanadas w/ ground beef
4- Tostadas w/chicken
5- Enchiladas suizas w/ grated cheese and green salsa
