The aim of the digital publications course is to create a foundation of practical skills required in the creation and publication of digital technologies including yearbook design. The class will provide information and hands-on practice for designing, planning, and publishing digital publications.
The class will focus on building some of the following technology related skills:
Digital Photography Camera and Shooting
Digital Imaging Editing
Digital Imaging Management
Digital Audio Recording and Editing
Writing Content for the Web
File Management & Nomenclature
Formatting & Layout
Furthermore, a variety of web based technologies for enhancing content area learning will be explored.
